Day 2
Enjoy your breakfast in peace. start the day with Amman City Tour, the capital of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. Amman is the old city of Philadelphia. A city that has an interesting mix of modern and old architecture.
Ammonites, Greeks, Romans, Byzantines and Muslims left their traces layer by layer in and around the city. You visit the citadel, including the National Archaeological Museum. Visit Amman's Theater and drive through the downtown market and city center; Explore their traditional souks, cafes, local food restaurants and sweets.
In the early afternoon explore the magnificent city of Jerash, Ancient Gerasa. Jerash is known as one of the best preserved Roman cities around the Mediterranean, and is stoltz on the uninterrupted chain of human culture. Marvel at the enormous testimonies of Roman architecture, Forum with colonnaded street, theater, triumphal arch, tetrapylon and temples dedicated to the gods Zeus and Artemis. Then transfer through a beautiful pine-forest and olive groves, reaching the city of Ajloun, here you will find Al-Rabid Castle; the 12th century Castle built by one of Saladin’s lieutenants in the campaign against the Crusaders. after the visit, transfer back direct to your Hotel in Amman for overnight.
Day 3
After breakfast, drive along the 2000 year old Kings Highway; the ancient road mentioned in the Bible, which links prehistoric villages from the Stone Age and biblical towns. Stop at Madaba, ‘The City of Mosaics’; 30km south of Amman. Visit the town’s main attraction, the Greek Orthodox Church of St. George where the famous 6th Century Byzantine mosaic map of the Holy Land and other biblical sites is found. Proceed to Mt. Nebo, known as the burial place of Prophet Moses. The mountain, which rises to 840m altitude, offers a spectacular view of the Holy Land. Continue driving via the Kings Highway, which links prehistoric villages from the Stone Age, and biblical towns, to arrive at Kerak, the magnificent Crusader Castle built in the 12th century AD, which is situated on a hilltop about 1000 meters above sea level and surrounded by a valley on three sides. Kerak has been inhabited since at least the Iron Age, and was an important city for the Moabites. Proceed to Petra for overnight
Day 4
After breakfast visit Petra the home of the Nabataea’s; the complete city carved in a mountain with the huge colourful rocks that called “the red rose city”. The tour will start by crossing the “siq” lined with mountains in multiple colors up to the treasury; the pride of all Jordanian, then visit Little Petra an old village located at the suburbs of the Nabatean capital. This village is completely excavated in the rocks and, in the Nabatean period, it was used as a deposit for their caravans , then drive to Wadi Rum for Diner & overnight at the camp in Wadi Rum.
Day 5
After breakfast, you will visit Wadi Rum, Jordan’s vast and echoing desert, for a 4x4 jeep ride. Stunning in its natural beauty, then drive to the lowest point of the world “the Dead Sea” for Enjoy your free afternoon swimming, sunbathing, and cover yourself with the Dead Sea mud and relax. Relax in the gently submerged waters and marvel that you can not sink!, Return to your hotel in Amman for overnight.
Day 6
After breakfast, Transfer to Queen Alia international airport for departure.
